Shipping |
As the machine is very heavy, more than 200kg , so we can only ship the machine by sea. Sea shipping cost is $300~400 for different countries. Please contact with us for details. We do not have this machine in stock now. For those who want to order this machine, we will make it in factory for you in China. Manufacturing period: 7-10 days.
For people who want to pre-order, please contact with first to: dingstore@hotmail.com . We will do the shipping arrangement for you specially. -When payment received, we will organize the manufacturing and shipping for you. Sea shipping period: one month around. Port to port.
- Please note your phone number and your address on Paypal for shipping , when special status happened, shipping company will call you.
- Seller is responsible for all damage on delivery.
- We ship items out Monday-Friday.
- Shipping is NOT available to P. O. Boxes.
- Items are NOT shipped out on Saturday or Sunday. |
Refund |
We will accept returns on all items within 30 days of you receiving the package. Please notify me of your intention to return the package within that time so We know to look for the package and can have your refund ready to send to you when I receive the package back. Refunds will be for item cost only shipping and handling will not be refunded. Item must be in the same condition as when item was sent.
Shipping and handling in any case are not refundable. Machine return to us and ask refund should be charged 10% restacking fee. |
Warranty |
About the warranty and customer service, all our machines have 1-year warranty period. During warranty time we can provide free parts and technical support to customers. For small problems , we will send customer parts and our technician will send fixing instruction email to them
For big problems, they can ship the machine back and we change a new one for them, or refund them.
What make our machines easy to maintain is that most of our machines are manual, so it's easy to learn to fix and easy to use.
