Sewer pipeline camera

Connected everything up and we are not seeing any video from camera.
Monitor turns on, we can scroll though AV1 & 2. Both show no input.
When we turn on LED's, screen gives us LED adjustment, but no lights come on camera.

Need instructions to verify everything is correct. Pretty sure we have it connected right.

We have a job that this was ordered for.
If it still doesn't work, can we have a replacement shipped over night, or can we come to your location to exchange tomorrow morning.

answer:

1: make sure connect firmly. or disconnect it and connect them again.

2: if there is  no lights come on camera, first press “ LED" , than press " + ---".
