Problem 1： the rollers do not move.
Solution: Take off the 12 screws of the machine steel cover. Open the cover of the machine.
Use Allen wrench to fasten the middle gear.
Meanwhile, Fasten these 2 gears.
Problem 2: The liquid does not come out.
Solution: First, check the pump motor rotates or not.
If the pump motor rotates, use the following method:
Use inspector to pump the air from the black tube for several time.Once the liquid comes out, next time when you use it, the liquid will comes out naturally.
If the motor does not rotate, take out the motor from the machine and connect it to power to see if the motor can rotate or not. If not rotate, it means the motor is damaged.
Problem 3: UV lamp does not work.
Solution: Use soft paper to clean the steel rod. Then, put on some grease on the steel rod. The UV lamp will work . If it still can not work, the motor for the UV lamp should be damaged during shipping.

A: If the UV light tube does not move smoothly, clean the oil from the steel roller with alcohol.After that, put more lubricant on the roller.
also, every time when you turn off the machine, make sure that the UV lamp stop on the center of the roller.
